Placement of Items- 3D design allows you to place Beds, Tables, Appliances, and other furniture within areas allowing you visualization of how these items fit within your walls.
Material Decisions- Beyond placing Items you can also chose what types of materials you would like to use from paint colors, tile types, stone or brick veneer types, and many others.
